Over the past 3-5 years we've have seen this area increasing at a rapid rate. Contributing factors to this are primarily due to most of the homes in the area are situated on the waterfront. The average waterfront home for sale is on average $450,000. A Common 3 bed 2 bathroom house is approxiamately $210,000. This number increases if the property is lakefront to approximately $290,000 average. On the low end, you can get a nice piece of starter or investment real estate for around $150,000. These homes are generall 2 bedroom and 1 or 2 bathrooms.
