Treasure Island, one of the best beaches on the Gulf Coast of Florida. This small town has been famous for almost a century with tourists and investors. Back in the mid 1900's investors began building luxury hotels for tourists and the rich. A good portion of those hotels, are still he today, most have been remodeled multiple times, but there legacy can be seen in the current real estate as well. Slowly those hotels are being taken down, and new high-rise luxury condos are being put up in there place. This trend is not negative to real estate investors in the area. Generally these homes are 3 bedroom anf higher, as well as 2 or more bathrooms. You will also find pools throughout the price range. Homes for sale in this price do take longer to sell then the average home, but this is primarily due to the low quantity of home buyers.

Treasure Island is located in Pinellas County. The city is located on the Gulf Coast in Florida, bordering directly with the Gulf Of Mexico. We are only a short drive from St.Petersburg, and all the shopping St.Pete has to offer. Then you have Clearwater which is only 15-20 minutes away, and they have similiar options to St.Pete. The dining in Treasure Island is excellent, and a short drive to Redington Beach or John Pass will give you many restaurant choices as well as boutique shopping.
